Yet sourcing meat sustainably can be a challenge. Dogs and cats are voracious consumers of animal protein, and it’s estimated that between 20-30% of the negative environmental impacts of meat production can be attributed to their daily consumption.
That is, until now. Employing similar processes to those used in craft brewing, we’re able to harvest the same, nature-identical chicken, turkey, beef, and other high-value proteins that can serve as the foundation of pet food recipes, with significantly less resources and carbon intensity- and without harming other animals.

Welcome to Bond, Anna Coragliotti.
Landing in Boulder from SoCal, Anna has 20+ years of experience developing processes to scale microbes into commercially viable products- from food to cosmetics to apparel.
Now, in the role of Bond’s Senior Director of Technical Operations, she’ll be on the front lines of managing various R&D programs, helping keep our science team on task as we bring our first meat proteins to market.
Anna holds a BSc in Chemistry and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
