Our expertise in precision fermentation and pet nutrition is wide and deep. On our roster, we’ve assembled a world-class, multi-disciplinary group of experts to ensure that we’re successful in our pursuit of bringing our brewed meat proteins to market. This includes professionals with depth of experience in pet nutrition, and who have led R&D, process development, quality, regulatory, and commercialization initiatives at some of the largest biotechnology and ingredient companies in the world.
